Our Facility

Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 240 bed facility located in the northeast Bronx, minutes away from Westchester. Our center provides 24 hour comprehensive care to adults of all ages. We offer short term rehabilitation, sub acute care, long term care, respite care and hospice services in a small intimate setting. Our staff treats every resident as if they were a member of his or her own family.  Under the supervision of our highly regarded medical director and specialty physicians, our nurses, therapists, dieticians, social workers and activity aides provide outstanding, compassionate care to each resident who enters our home.

 

Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has assumed a leadership role in our community in the provision of comprehensive rehabilitate health care, offering individuals the opportunity to develop skills essential to restoring their own independence.  Our services extend to both the geriatric adult who may require 24 hour skilled nursing care as well as to the younger adult who is in need of cognitive and/or rehabilitation programs. Bronx Park Rehabilitation & Nursing  Center combines the resident's clinical and psychological needs in a home like environment. We promote and rehabilitate residents to function at their highest level of independence. The care is provided in an atmosphere of respect and dignity. 

 

The Rehabilitation Department specializes in short term restorative therapy. Our therapy department assesses the individual therapy needs of the resident and designs a therapy program to restore a resident to their highest level of independence. They prepare residents to return to the community.
