Solomon Rubin - Solomon Rubin entered into the LTC industry in 1997 as a bookkeeper and progressively excelled in 1998 being appointed as Controller & CFO at 2 sister nursing facilities, totaling 460 beds and an in house staff of 500 employees. Mr. Rubin also has extensive experience in EMR implementation in both the financial and medical aspects, leading successful implementation in numerous homes, thus increasing efficiency, compliance and leading to a totally paperless environment. Mr. Rubin has provided multiple nursing facilities consulting services. Prior to the formation of Allure in 2012, he was already part-owner of a NJ based sub-acute/LTC facility and an active adult day care. Mr. Rubin offers many hours of volunteer services to the widely renowned Bnos Zion of Bobov, the girls’ school of the Bobover community. Mr. Rubin is involved with all administrative decisions and fundraising events and continuously seeks the progress and educational growth of the school.
Marvin Rubin - Marvin Rubin has held a variety of executive positions in the financial and systems areas of nursing facilities since beginning his health care industry career. He successfully led negotiations for the purchases of Ruby Weston Manor and Keser Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. In addition, he has been instrumental in implementing improvements in Hamilton Park, Ruby Weston, and Keser that have met with widespread approval from patients, staff and the community at large.
Melissa Guglielmo - Melissa Guglielmo joined The Allure Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2012, bringing with her 15 years of professional experience in the long-term care industry as an expert in regulatory compliance and clinical program improvement. As both a certified recreational therapist (CTRS) and licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), Melissa is uniquely qualified to lead Allure in its commitment to providing innovative care that meets the highest quality standards.
