Sharon Reidy
Sharon Reidy is the Director of Marketing and Sales. She takes her responsibility seriously and thrives on the happiness and wellness of perspective residents. She is a sales and marketing professional with extensive experience as a results-driven producer skilled at planning and developing sales and marketing strategies to improve business, managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Her background includes many years in the real estate industry.
Rabbi Yerachmiel Seplowitz is FountainView’s chaplain. He conducts services in our synagogue and oversees the high standards in the Glatt Kosher Kitchen. Rabbi Seplowitz is the Torah teacher and is available to visit and meet with the residents. He has been involved with residents and their family members since FountainView opened its doors.

Rose Tominaga is the Director of Food Service and she has worked in various roles here since 2003. She loves working with older adults, especially with this multi-cultural population. She has a strong background in hospitality working for international hotel chains. Her education has includes Business Administration and Hotel Restaurant Management.

Jeff Rinaldi oversees the security for the 10 acre FountainView community. He supervises fifteen N.Y.S. licensed security guards. He is in charge of ensuring the safety and security of the community and its residents. Jeff served honorably with the USMC and is a retired NYC Corrections Captain.

Dr. Edward Shuster, M.D., PC, an internal medicine and geriatric specialist, has a medical practice located in the Wellness Center at FountainView. He is an attendee at Good Samaritan Hospital. He graduated from New York Medical College in Valhalla and completed his residency at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn. Residents find this location convenient and easy to access free from weather related issues. Dr Shuster sees residents by appointment. Residents interested in utilizing his services may make an appointment during his office hours or inquire at the Concierge Desk at FountainView.

Marian Rokeach
Marian Rokeach is Director of Community Services at FountainView. Marian Rokeach’s last 28 years have been spent with Northern Services Group and FountainView in the development and management sector of the organization. Furthering professional relationships with area organizations and industry associations, assisting with advertising strategies, managing event planning activities and marketing are her focus at FountainView.
Andrea (Andy) Gruber is the Director of Resident Services. She has played a role at FountainView from the time it opened in 1998. She brings more than twenty five years of experience working with older adults. She assists new residents with their coordination of moving in, linkage between residents and family members, assisting in their adjustment and involvement, empowering residents, advocating for them, counseling, referral and link to supportive services and agencies to help maintain resident’s independence with the highest quality of life possible at FountainView.

Karen Schulman is director of the Recreation Department at FountainView . Planning programs and events, being creative and just having fun are integral parts of her daily routine. Previous experience as a party decorator shows her love for interacting with people, being detail oriented and energetic in putting together her schedule to benefit the residents.

Tirza Baum is the Springs Program Director. She is the contact person for all services provided to that location within the community. Her role is to supervise the staff members to help maximize the quality of life for residents, foster individualized attention to their needs and to be their advocate. She acts as a liaison with family members. She began working as a Volunteer at FountainView ten years ago, worked in the Recreation Department, then in Resident Services and has worked herself up to this position.
Tirza Baum
Shari Bernstein is a licensed clinical social worker. She works as an independent contractor providing counseling for residents as well as caregivers. Counseling may take the form of individual therapy for the resident and/or family counseling. Visits are scheduled weekly or on an as-needed basis. Medicare is billed for services rendered. Residents interested in utilizing her services and inquire at the Concierge Desk at FountainView.
