HOME CARE

All residents of FountainView have access to high quality, reasonably priced, home care services through Northern Home Care. These services are available on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis and can be adjusted as your needs change.

The following are some of the aide services available to residents through Northern Home Care.​

  • Companion/Escort  
  • PCA or HHA Aide  
  • PCA or HHA Aide (offsite)  
  • PCA or HHA Aide (2 residents)  
  • Live-in PCA or HHA Aide  
  • Live-in PCA or HHA Aide (2 residents)  
  • RN/LPN Visit (without aide service)  
  • RN/LPN Visit (with aide service)  
  • Patient Review Instrument (PRI)  
  • Night Cluster Service​

In addition, residents can also take advantage of medication management services through Northern Home Care.​​
