Pediatric Unit
Our compassionate and skilled nursing teams, pediatric physicians and therapists of our specialized pediatric program, Stepping Stones, provide the excellent care and therapies fundamental for the growth, rehabilitation and development of our special pediatric patients. Our warm and nurturing environment is the perfect setting for children requiring 24 hour nursing care. Our comprehensive program offers educational programming, specialized recreational therapy, socialization, specialized ventilator care, comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as, intergenerational programming that benefit all of our residents, both young and young at heart.
Ventilator Unit
Pathways Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers specialized care for our ventilator dependent patients inclusive of chronic respiratory care as well as aggressive individualized weaning programs. Our full service unit provides complete 24 hour respiratory care, as well as physical, occupational, recreation and speech therapies. Our mission is to provide our patients and their families’ excellent care and rehabilitation.
Traumatic Brain Injury Program
Our certified Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program offers extensive and comprehensive Occupational, Physical, Psychological, Recreational and Speech Therapies to ensure that our patients reach their maximum potential. Expert physicians, dedicated nurses and skilled therapists design personalized care plans to facilitate each patients journey on their path to recovery.

Respiratory Care
Here at Pathways, we offer top-notch Respiratory Care to our residents. We provide a wide range of therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients with heart and lung disorders. Respiratory therapists, also known as respiratory care practitioners, are involved in the evaluation and monitoring of of heart and lung function as well as giving treatment.
Respiratory therapists are important members of our rehab team at Pathways. They work under the medical direction of our doctors to treat our residents with lung disease. They provide temporary relief to residents with chronic asthma or emphysema, as well as emergency care to patients who are victims of a heart attack, stroke or shock.​​
