Premium Health's brand new state of the art facility is located at the corner of Ocean Parkway and Foster Avenue in Kensington/Midwood and is easily accessible from Boro Park and Flatbush.Services at Premium Health are available to all patients regardless of the ability to pay. Premium Health participates in all Medicaid and Medicare plans as well as most private insurance plans.
