The Rehabilitation Team at Fairview brings hope, perseverance, resourcefulness, creativity and dedication to our residents. We implement out-of-the-box thinking to help our residents overcome obstacles and achieve success. Our rehab department provides therapy for residents who have suffered a stroke, orthopedic injury or surgery for joint replacement, traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered. Additionally we enjoy a doctor’s office on premises. We enable residents to take back control and aim for independence. Together we find ways to adapt function to their abilities and to help them achieve more than they thought they would.​
