Comprehensive Care Capital (CCC) was founded by Arie Friedman in 2015 as an affiliate of the Rosdev Group, focusing primarily on the ownership and acquisition health care real estate (HCRE). Since its inception, CCC has established itself as a leading Real Estate and Healthcare services investment firm, now looking to expand and focus on a wide array of asset-based and service-based acquisitions across the Healthcare spectrum.

 

We offer exceptional and distinct approaches to acquisitions, asset management and deal flow in the HCRE and service-based space. Representing the heft of a major HCRE player in terms of capital, knowledge, and experience with the typical acquisition restrictions, we provide innovative and creative solutions in considering challenging, complex deals where others cannot or will not engage. We combine traditional business values with nimble turnaround, best practices and transparency in its interaction and communications with its trading partners as we strive to imbue trust, precision, creativity, and professionalism in each target transaction. We have completed numerous one-off and portfolio acquisitions from both private sellers as well as national and institutional companies such as HCP, ManorCare, SavaSeniorCare, and ESG since our inception in Q4, 2015. Our HCRE portfolio (inclusive of the Rosdev healthcare assets) consists of roughly 46 healthcare facilities across 7 states comprised of more than 5,440 beds/units with an aggregate portfolio value of approximately $600 million.

 

CCC’s unique approach to asset management and involvement in operations allows for constant critique and refinement of our analysis techniques. We constantly rethink and expand our oversight processes to encompass the growing complexities of the healthcare continuum, while enhancing our communication and collaboration methodologies with our stakeholders to ensure maximum transparency.

Arie Friedman

Founder & Managing Principal

Oversees all aspects of Healthcare Real Estate acquisitions, including deal sourcing & analysis, legal and financial diligence, structuring and lease and management structures. Arie’s extensive experience with all aspects of facility operations and capacity for healthcare administration has proved invaluable.

Abraham Nagel

Director of Operations

Abraham is responsible for treasury and back-office functions (A/R, A/P, Financials). Additionally, he creates the budget development and monitors financial outcomes through established key performance indicators.

Simcha Buff

General Counsel - M&A

Simcha is responsible for all legal matters inherent in the mergers and acquisitions process; while simultaneously having a business development role. Prior to joining the team, Simcha was the General Counsel at Plainview Healthcare Partners and Foreview Ventures; the respective healthcare and multifamily investment arms of a private equity firm based out of New York. Simcha is an alumna of St. John’s University School of Law, and Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mark Eis

Director of Business Development

Mark is responsible for sourcing opportunities, evaluating operators and equity partners, and running the deal process from start to finish. Prior to joining Comprehensive Care Capital, Mark was the VP of M&A at Plainview Healthcare Partners. Mark received his undergrad degree in Finance from Touro and holds an MSRE from NYU’s Graduate program.
