What To Expect
Once your visit has been scheduled, you will receive a call from our office to confirm date, address, and time frame.
On the day of your homecare visit, please be prepared with a complete list of your medications. Expect that your provider will conduct a full physical exam, a review of your medical history, and answer any and all questions you may have. If necessary, medications can be called in to the pharmacy of your choice.
You will be contacted with any abnormal test results.
After your initial visit it may be necessary to obtain additional information about your health. We offer in-home diagnostics such as blood work, x-rays, ultrasounds, EKG’s, and echocardiogram. Test results will be reviewed and discussed during the next visit.
